Wow! I love the way you handle the paint in your works. Very beautiful. I'm really interested in the glossy/shiny look of the surface... how did you get that effect?

Two ways. One is quicker but less advisable, the other is slower and more artistically proper. 1. An alkyd/turp mixture. Produces high gloss with nice uniformity. Can be done a few weeks after painting. Long term it will yellow more than traditional varnish. 2. A non-damar varnish. Golden makes a good one. But you need to wait about six months to do it.
