I love how many different kinds of emotions this provokes within me....once again, fantastic work!

Abounding: I love to hear that. It's hard to get images on a canvas, especially abstract ones, to hit a chord with the viewer. I'm thrilled that it did with you.

Man, I wish I could see this in person. The size is impressive.

Your one-sentence description made me pause and look twice. It's a theme I've been pondering lately (*ahem* not in a bad way, of course... lest my husband read this).

The smoke-like tendrils are very evocative of memory, and the key-like shape in the bottom right is certainly symbolic (as well as the way it is echoed in the upper left). There is a wayward pattern to it, like pondering. I really like this. In fact, I think it must be a :+fav:.

We have our first anniversary with my wife tomorrow, so it's the time of the year when thoughts like yours come around, but really shouldn't. In fact we were just chatting last night about stuff like this.

Great depiction. I like the surrounding darkness, which kind of gives it a sense of confusion and being lost among all the possibilities. Nice hues, and in general, great work!

Thanks Joe. This one took about 3 times as long as my others--it was a struggle because of the colors i was using, but I think I pulled it out in the end.
